Navy in Simonsberg (only accepted after writing to Admiral Biermann following his offer as guest speaker at Selborne founder's day in Std 7, I think!); Wits Hotel School; Holiday Inns; Opened Periwinkle Seafood Restaurant in CT; Dir at Bakoven Bakeries Ltd; Started Clockwork Clothing workwear with my brother John eventually employing 650 seamstresses and finally selling to Bidvest Ltd; Bought EL Coca-Cola Distributorship in 1993 with Mark Hansen; Since 1997 an Engen site with a Quickshop, Steers franchise, ATM and twin carwash bays in Devereux Ave at present.

This is Playways nursery school in 1959 (52yrs ago)with many of us who went on to Selborne. I see Mark Hansen, Andy Paterson, Malcolm, Kenneth & Christopher Hillstead, Dennis Sapphire, Michael Schroeter, Lindsay Weyer, Barbara Hookins, Nicky Waterson, Allison Mc Millan and David Jankelson. Mark Barr is third row from front right hand side behind the two girls one with fingers in her mouth (Mark also had fingers in his mouth) Dennis Sapire is two away from Mark in the same row.
