Greetings again, Classmates of ‘72

This is a final reminder about our epic Reunion Ramble in October. Places are booking out, and you have until the end of June ie one month’s time to confirm your spot.  If you have been umming and ahhing, now is the time to make a decision and to go for it!

We can take a maximum of 22 people on the Full Monty because of limited accommodation at Dwesa, and 16 have already booked, so there are only 6 places left.

We need to finalise bookings by the end of June so that we can start working out transport details etc. After this date you will still be able to book and join us for the Gentle Jonty from Haga Haga, but we won’t have preferential booking and you will need to sort out your own transport. Of course, this will be much easier seeing that we are closer to East London, so this is a very real option.

(This special rate is available for any of us coming to the Founder’s Weekend, for any or each of the weekend nights. Furthermore, we can leave luggage here while we are on the week’s walk.) Fraz and others who can’t make the whole walk, have already booked in here.

Thurs 20

We will be inviting all Old Boys and partners, as well as the 2022 Matrics, to join us at some point on this last day’s walk as we make our final festive way to the Selborne College grounds:

16km   from Gonubie Hotel, leaving at 09h00
5km     from Nahoon Beach car park, leaving at 12h00
2km     from the Old Selbornian Club, leaving at about 13h00

Upon reaching the College (between 13h30 and 14h00), we will plant a special Jubilee tree that we will have carried (like an Olympic torch!) all the way down the coast.
